Definition: Total wanted fertility rate for the three years preceding the survey for age group 15-49 expressed per woman. Total wanted fertility rate is calculated in the same way as the total fertility rate, but only including wanted births. A birth is considered wanted if the number of living children plus this birth is less than or equal to the ideal number of children
Denominator: Per thousand women years exposed in the period 1-36 months prior to interview
